School Uniform Online Order Form SCHOOL UNIFORM ONLINE ORDER FORM This online order form will enable parents to order school uniform items to be filled by the uniform shop. It is used in place of an email order which can be confusing and inefficient. Once the order is filled, the item/s can be collected and paid for at the school office. If you prefer, the orders can also be paid for by credit card over the phone and then sent home with you eldest child. The aim is to minimise the need for parents to visit the uniform shop in person and orders can be placed throughout the week instead of waiting until Friday mornings to place a paper order. Once size is known, online ordering is more efficient and if the anticipated size is not the best fit, the shop will happily exchange as long as tags are still on. The uniform shop still opens on Friday mornings from 8.30 - 8.50 but this is more to try on sizes and perhaps if you need to look in the second hand uniform pool.
